HAHA!
Today was a really funny day, albeit a little tiring.
Had to go back to nus to manually sign up for this module called general physiology, only to be put on the waiting list cos MOE went to change the damn university curriculum such that year ones get the priority although they may not even need this module if they are not specialising in Biology. It's so irritating! Really jinxed up our (Biology majors) timetable planning. zzzz
Anyway, the trip back to NUS was really worth it, cos' I met quite a few new people who share the same passion as me and may be taking future modules with me. Plus they seem really nice too! I am quite excited, happy and really thank God about how nicely everything has been falling into place for me (:
Do you guys believe in fate, and coincidences? Cos I most certainly do! I believe that timing matters. I mean, just to name one example- Romeo and Juliet. It's because of unfortunate timing and fate that they became a pair of star-crossed lovers. Similarly, in modern context, meeting a person at a wrong time may lead to 2 people not getting together, despite being suitable for each other. Which is why people sometimes do not marry the person they love most, or the person most suitable for themselves.
The whole point of talking about fate and coincidences and timing is because recently, I met alot of people at different places! It's really surprising in a nice way. Hahaa. Met Valerie (Chia) when I was walking home from Tampines. Met Val (Koh) & En who were giving out flyers ( I was really quite surprised). Met my cousin who was about to book in @ Tanah Merah MRT. Met my brother and Joann @ the bubbletea shop.
Ok. I'm being very talkative :D
I think I shall blog more cos last night I read through my past blog posts. I've been blogging since Sec3! That's a whooping 5years++ of blogging. If I had never blogged, I'd have forgotten about many minor details and events that had happened to myself over the years :O
Reading through the past blog posts also made me realise how optimistic I was in the past... My favourite word was Hope, I think! lols... I want to go back to living my life happily, freely and daringly and with no regrets :D
