Piece of news

Today I received a piece of news which made me feel a tad better.

Anyway, I have much to look forward to.

End Sept- USS (finally!)
End Oct- Yacht party departing from Sentosa Cove (I've never been on one)
End Nov- Bonus (hopefully... ka ching!)
End Dec- Christmas! (always my favourite)
Jan 2013- my friend's wedding in Bandung.

Speaking of which, my friends are actually all getting married and getting BTO etc. Several friends actually approached me to talk about it. Well that kinda makes me jizz in my pants a little cos I'm single and alone. Just kidding. Happy for all couples who have found each other (: blessings to all of em and also to the single souls!

Isn't it strange how we reach a certain age and think, "omg, what have I achieved?" I used to think I'd get hitched by 25. But now, I'm not that sure anymore. It seems like I haven't achieved much at all, at the age of 23. It's not a bad thing, it's just amazing how priorities and viewpoints shift over time.

Oh yea, I wanted to go running at around 8pm after work today but decided against it after I saw a piece of news on Bedok Reservoir. 2 bodies found on Sunday (yesterday) at Bedok Reservoir. Seriously? It's a little scary and eerie now don't you think. I was tempted to carry on with my plans but after reading about how it could be the supernatural claiming souls, I am more tempted to stay at home.

Yes, another character trait I exhibit- timid. But also cautious/ safe.

Wish I could type more, but I'm feeling ssssleepy.
