Do Good Anyway

It's almost the end of September!

Just had my first day of office work...

I have my own cubicle now. :D

Transitioning from retail hours to office hours, from a job in which I moved around a lot to one where I sit in front of the computer, is definitely tiring. But I'm glad for the more stable hours!

So for those who feel that it's hard to move from a retail job to an office job with stable hours, keep trying! There's a chance out there.

The job scope itself is challenging too, can't deny that. I'm working for a Korean boss, hope he's nice. There'll probably be some cultural differences.

It's 2.30am and I'm still awake when work starts at 9am tomorrow. Screwed body clock, hehe. Luckily for me work's really close to home.

So after the first day of work, I died off on the bus ride home and after dinner, I K.O-ed on the sofa. My body's not been feeling good cos of the haze, and coupled with my period, my energy level is on an all time low.

The haze is really killing me, it's really bad this year and my allergies are way horrible.

So sorry for not going out despite all the 'jios', I would really love to but I'm horribly unattractive when my allergies act up lol. All I want to do during this haze is just stay home with all windows closed.

I SERIOUSLY CAN'T WAIT TO GO RUNNING OUTDOORS AGAIN.

I feel quite bad for the areas in Indonesia where the haze PSI goes up to 2000. It's around 300 today in Singapore and I can't even open the windows.

I read that the haze may continue all the way to November, so here are some funny pictures just to commemorate the moment.

Get a mask, guys. And an air purifier.

Lol, I really like McDonald's marketing. It's on point/ on fleek.

So creative lol.

Next up, pictures of my pet cat.

I don't care much for the society's stereotype of the cat lady.

Fact is, I am a cat lady lol.

My cat, Cindy. She loves to hang around me.

When I'm using the laptop...

When I'm lying around... She actually climbs onto me herself.

The perception that cats are not affectionate is just a stereotype, in my opinion.

Lastly, managed to find some pictures from my Aussie trip, back last year in June 2014.

I'm lazy as hell to upload my photos online because I'm. Just. Lazy.

  Sydney

Probably one of my favourite photos of all time.

This was on top of a cliff.

I miss Australia, I really wanted to move there and it's my top favourite country (together with Japan).

Just look at the weather, nature and scenery.

And I found a couple of selfies when my hair was very long.

Miss the hair...

The above quote is extremely hard to follow through with.

Just want to add that I TRY to be as honest as possible, but being entirely honest is not recommended by me because it's not wise to be cheated when you know you are being cheated.

Ending off with Mother Teresa's wise words,

and a photo of drawings by my 5-year old nephew and 8-year old niece.

Got them to paste the drawings on my bedroom wall.

Is it me or am I better with kids now?

I also love my family very very much.

I look cute in the kids' eyes, don't I?

The children always remind me to keep a part of my inner child with me, to view things with curiosity the way they do.

And I always try to dream bigger, just like kids do.

Hope you do too.
